The Foundations in Intelligence Analysis Course teaches the concepts and tools which underpin intelligence assessment development. It is designed to help analysts avoid analytic pitfalls and deliver more rigorously developed products.

Material is taught using a variety of styles including directed learning, group discussions and practical activities.

Who's it for?

This course is ideal for analysts who are new to the intelligence community and have received no formal training. It will also be beneficial for those who want to learn new structured analytic techniques to improve the rigour of their assessments.
