Course Description
This course is built specifically for public sector practitioners moving into (or recently appointed to) their first management role. The day blends leadership theory with practical application, ensuring participants walk away understanding a variety of leadership frameworks and knowing how to use them immediately. Across the day, we explore real case studies, work through leadership challenges unique to intelligence teams, and help you build a personalised plan for developing yourself and your people.
