About this course
This course has been commissioned by a client who are allowing us to offer limited public seats should they be unable to fill all the spots internally. Failure to pay for the spot within 48 hours will result in that place being offered to the next available person on the list.

This comprehensive course is designed to teach analysts the tools and skills necessary to develop clear, actionable assessments. Participants will be taught a range of common analysis techniques and will have the opportunity to apply them through practical case studies, helping them develop real-world problem-solving skills. Course Details
​This is a hybrid course, with both in-person and virtual participants, and it will take place over two days. Classes start at 0830 and can be expected to end by 1700. Online participants can join the meeting from 0800 each day to allow for technical checks.
Course Cost and Location
The price per person is $1395 ex GST. There is no difference in cost between in-person and online attendees. The course will take place in Wellington Central, however the client has requested we maintain their privacy and so the location will only be provided to successful applications.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
As this course has been privately commissioned, the client reserves the right to hold all seats until 31 October. After that date, seats will become publicly available, with priority going to those who expressed their interest in attending. If you wish to join this waitlist, please email admin@blackthorn.co.nz with your name, email address and preferred method of attendance (in-person or hybrid). ​

Should a seat become available you will be sent a confirmation email and an invoice. Due to the short timeframe before course commencement, payment is required with 48 hours of the invoice being issued, otherwise the seat will be made available to the next person on the list.
Booking on behalf
Where you are registering course attendance on behalf of third parties, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of those third parties to these terms and conditions.
Substitute attendees
Should an attendee become unable to attend, Blackthorn will accept a substitute attendee from the same organisation. Notification of substitutions must be provided in writing (mail or email) at least 48 hours prior to the course/workshop commencing.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received 10 or less working days in advance the full cost will be charged; for cancellations more than 10 working days in advance the fee will be 50%.
Compassionate consideration
Compassionate considerations for cancellation (illness, injury, and bereavement) are made at the discretion of the Blackthorn. A medical certificate or other written evidence may be required. If a fee waiver is granted on compassionate grounds, a $100 administration fee will still apply.
Cancellation by Blackthorn
Blackthorn reserves the right to cancel a course/workshop prior to its commencement. In all such cases Blackthorn shall make full refunds of all fees paid. In the event of cancellation, you agree that, apart from a full refund of any fees paid, Blackthorn is not liable to you for any other costs incurred by you in relation to the cancelled course/workshop paid.
Photography
We may photograph/ video courses and events. These images may be used in, but not limited to, Blackthorn promotional materials, social media and website. If you, or the person you are booking on behalf of, do not grant the release of your image, please contact the course organiser. At the event or course, if photography is being taken, you have the right to not have your image used by Blackthorn. If you do not wish to have your image used, please contact the course organiser.
